Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors contact information (phone, address, email, etc.) for the purposes of completing on-line transactions. This information is vital in verifying payment information or to help us contact you in case there is a problem or delay in filling your order.

Occasionally contact information from the order form is used to send you information about our new releases or promotions. Customers may opt-out of receiving future mailings by clicking the “unsubscribe” link within emails received from Oscilloscope. RETURNS POLICY & INFORMATION

Returns and exchanges will be accepted for most new, unopened items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping cost. If you received an incorrect or defective item we will pay return shipping costs.

If an item was damaged in transit, please send photos of proof if possible. If approved, a replacement may be sent free of charge.

REFUNDS

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

LOST PACKAGING SLIP

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address above.
